My first birthday

Well it was my very first birthday yesterday. I didn't know what it all meant, but I had a lot of attention and presents, so I was a very happy little Fre-Fre.

It all started when I woke up. Mummy and Daddy came into my room once I had summoned them, and they started singing to me! Mummy was waving a camera in my face. The singing wasn't in tune, but it doesn't matter. They kept me amused.

We then went downstairs as normal, went into the lounge, and there was a BIG PINK HOUSE. I sort of recognised it from the weekend before, when I was dragged around a shop called Toys R Us. I remember liking it then, but now it was even more fun because I could put all of my own toys in there, and throw them back out again.

There was also a yellow slide in the lounge. This was great fun trying to climb up it. Even more fun when Mummy or Daddy picked me up and put me at the top of it. They have to hold my hands when I slide down, but I don't mind.

The next few hours were pretty average to be honest, but then I had loads of visitors, and the cards and presents kept on coming. It was fantastic. My Grandma and Grampy came, and Auntie Row and Cousin Han, and Pop, and Mamgu and Tadgu, and Uncle Rhys, and GG and Bruce. Ooooh, I had soooooo much fun.

The singing continued a bit later. I was sat in my high chair which I wasn't sure about at first. And then a cake and a candle was put in front of me. Everyone then sang the same song as Mummy and Daddy sang in the morning. "Happy birthday to you" I think it was called.

I didn't go to bed until 9 o'clock, but I don't think I will be allowed to stay up late tomorrow night. I wonder when my next birthday will be. I can't wait.

I can walk... I can walk... I can.. I can.. I can walk!

ahem, yes... I can walk. I am now 11 months old and I can walk. I walk everywhere. I put my hands up in the air (Cornholio style - Daddy says) and off I go. Its fun, there are not many places I cannot get to now!

I think this scares Mummy and Daddy (aka Dan-Dan).

Yesterday I finally got my hands on some of that "Cat Food", I don't see what all the fuss is about, I thought it tasted quite nice!

Tonight I am going to stay with Mamgu, that should be fun! Daddy is off to the gym again with Uncle Rhys.. BOOOORING!

I walk!

Hello everybody! Theres a lot going on over here lately, all of our stuff is in boxes because we are soon going to be "moving house". I hope Daddy is strong because our house at the moment is joined on to some other houses, I don't think moving it is going to be that easy.

Now that I am 10 months old, I can walk, this is very clever of me, or so I am told. I can't do it myself yet, I have to hold someone's hand or use my walker but I can stand up without holding on to anything.

We went to Jump yesterday because it was Fathers Day and Daddy wanted to play in the ball pool. I fell asleep after a while because its hard work running around that place.

Grandma is coming to stay tomorrow, I think we are going to get her a birthday present, so that means going to the mall again! its great there, so many people to look at!

I am off now, I have got a busy day ahead of me. See you all soon!

Crawling, Standing, Climbing Legs.

I am now 8 and a half months old and the world has recently become a more interesting place. Two weeks ago I mastered "crawling" and now I am off... everywhere! Nothing is safe from my little hands!

But this is not all, I have a few other tricks up my somewhat wet sleeves, my favorite trick of all, is "Standing Up", I do it all over the place, any time there is something to steady myself on and I am there standing. If someone holds my hands I can even walk a bit.

My last and most impressive trick is "Climbing". When Daddy comes home from work, he is soooo lazy that he just lies on my soft mats on the floor, but this is ok, because I climb all over him and when I get near his face he bites me which makes me laugh. They don't like it so much when I get to the bottom of the stairs though because I climb them, so-far I have managed to get to the second step but I will keep trying because there are about 15 more before I get to the top.

Yesterday we went to Bristol centre on the TRAIN. I have never been on a train before, at least not since getting out of Mummies belly! It was not much fun really because the trains and the train stations are all dark and smelly and other people are sooo rude and selfish that they would not let me get on the train and they all pushed past me. Why are people like this? They are so nice to me when I am out and about but when there is a seat on a train to get then they are only thinking about themselves....

Something making me grumpy

Today something is making me quite grumpy.. I can feel it in my gums, it hurts and itches at the same time, its very annoying.
Mummy says its something called a "tooth". Whatever it is, I think I will use it as an excuse to not eat propper dinner and have sweet stuff instead!

Mummy wants to have SALAD for food today for some reason. I don't know what she wants that for, I thought that was Rabbit food.

My new Blog

Hello everybody! I have got a new blog now, this one is much easier for me to use and lets me put pictures in it and everything, I hope that you like it.

I will try and put all of my old stories in this one too, but it may take me some time to do.

Still theres not much better to do when you are ill like I am now. I have got lots of snobs in my nose and I feel like poo.

Uncle Rhys is staying with us all week too because his ankle is broken. He is very silly.
